Jackfish Announce Round One Postseason Schedule

WELLAND - The Welland Jackfish, members of the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) have announced the schedule for the first round of the 2019 Dominico Cup Postseason presented by the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. Welland will play the London Majors in a best-of-seven game series beginning this Tuesday, August 6 at Welland Stadium.

Game 1: London AT Welland - Tuesday, August 6 @ 7:30pm ($1 Popcorn Night)

Game 2: London AT Welland - Thursday, August 8 @ 7:30pm (Thirsty Thursday)

Game 3: Welland AT London - Friday, August 9 @ 7:35pm

Game 4: Welland AT London - Sunday, August 11 @ 1:05pm

Game 5: London AT Welland - Tuesday, August 13 @ 7:30pm ($1 Popcorn Night)

Game 6: Welland AT London - Wednesday, August 14 @ 7:35pm

Game 7: London at Welland - Thursday August 15 @ 7:30pm (Thirsty Thursday)

The Jackfish and Majors met 5 times during the regular season, with Welland posting a 3-2 record against London and outscoring the Majors, 41-23 in those contests.
