Ryan Harrison has been with the Intercounty Baseball League franchise since its inaugural season in 2011 as the Burlington Twins. Starting as a game day employee Ryan quickly became deeply involved with the business operations becoming the Director of Operations during the 2013 season under the Burlington Bandits moniker.
During the next three seasons, the Bandits would see success in the stands and the community, attracting thousands of fans and many new community and business sponsors. Ryan took a year away from baseball while joining the front office of the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club for the 2014-15 season as the teams Marketing Manager.
During the 2017 off season, Ryan, Jason and Dan would form the Burlington Herd Baseball Club to purchase the team from then President Scott Robinson.
The native of Burlington, ON graduated from the Sports Management Program at Lambton College (Sarnia, ON) and now calls Thorold home.

Dan Pokoradi
Dan Pokoradi has been actively engaged in baseball most of his life; still playing today with the opportunity to travel around Canada and USA in tournaments with his fellow teammates, keeping him energetically immersed in a sport he loves.

A graduate of McMaster University, Dan has worked in the Information Technology industry for 23 years responsible for some of Canada’s largest government and private sector accounts. His client-centric principles lend to involvement with the Jackfish baseball group; with fan experience being primary to the IBL baseball product in Welland.
Dan has been married for 22 years to wife Stacey with three children Kaitlyn, Cole & Mackenzie; all with an active lifestyle.

Jason McKay
London Ontario native Jason McKay wears many different baseball hats throughout the summer, he is not only part owner of the Welland Jackfish but he is also returning for his third season as General Manager in 2019.
London Ontario native Jason McKay wears many different baseball hats throughout the summer, he is not only part owner of the Welland Jackfish but he is also returning for his third season as General Manager in 2019.
Jason also spends his time as the Field Manager of the 21U Burlington Bulls amassing an impressive 235-77-3 record over 9 seasons and sending more than 40 of his ex 21U players onto the IBL ranks. Prior to that McKay played and later coached the Carleton Ravens in the Canadian Inter-Collegiate Baseball league before returning to the IBL as a player for his second stint with the London Majors. The father of four spends what few off-nights he has in the summer with his family.

A former staff member of the Peterborough Petes of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Adam returns to Burlington to assist the club to new heights.

Callum Patton
FUN FACT: Callum is a mutton busting rodeo champion following a career riding sheep in his home province of Alberta.

Callum joins the Jackfish following a season as the hospitality intern during the 2024 season.

CJ Kruger
FUN FACT: CJ has a dent in his head from a sledding accident.

CJ joined the Jackfish family in January 2024 as a Community Relations Intern before being hired full-time following the conclusion of the 2024 offseason. CJ can be found at The Pond dancing to his favourite player's walk-up music and pumping up the crowd as a member of the IBL's fastest grounds crew.



Glory Plume
FUN FACT: Glory lives with five cats, Hank, Misty, Chloe, Lilly and Zoey.

Glory comes to the Jackfish following graduating from the Public Relations program at Niagara College. Working with the Jackfish, Glory gets to help share those amazing stories every day all across the Niagara region.

Brent Coulombe
Brent is a born and bred Welland native and sport runs through his blood. Making a career in professional athletics, Brent has an very accomplished referee resume in both hockey and lacrosse that has taken him across the globe.

A hockey and lacrosse player himself, Brent is excited to jump into a new sport and take on new challenges with the Welland Jackfish.


Rod Mawhood
Rod has been a fixture in sports across Niagara for over 20 years, including his first professional announcing gig with the then St. Catharines Stompers - affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays.
Rod has been a fixture in sports across Niagara for over 20 years, including his first professional announcing gig with the then St. Catharines Stompers - affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays.
Since then Rod has announced all over North America, and is proud high level baseball is back in the Region and is looking forward to being a part of the Welland Jackfish.
