Jackfish set to battle Cardinals in 2026 CBL Dominico Cup Finals

Welland to battle Hamilton Cardinals for the Dominico Cup; home tickets on sale Monday at noon

WELLAND, ON – The stage is set for the 2026 Canadian Baseball League Dominico Cup Finals.

The Welland Jackfish will battle the Hamilton Cardinals in a best-of-seven championship series, with the winner being crowned 2026 CBL Dominico Cup Champions.

The championship series gets underway Friday, September 18 in Hamilton before shifting to The Pond at Welland Stadium for Game 2 on Saturday, September 19 at 7:05 p.m.

2026 CBL DOMINICO CUP FINALS SCHEDULE

Game 1: Friday, September 18 – Welland at Hamilton – 7:05 p.m.
Game 2: Saturday, September 19 – Hamilton at Welland – 7:05 p.m.
Game 3: Sunday, September 20 – Welland at Hamilton – 4:05 p.m.
Game 4: Wednesday, September 23 – Hamilton at Welland – 7:05 p.m.
Game 5: Friday, September 25 – Welland at Hamilton – 7:05 p.m.*
Game 6: Saturday, September 26 – Hamilton at Welland – 7:05 p.m.*
Game 7: Sunday, September 27 – Welland at Hamilton – 4:05 p.m.*

Games 5, 6 and 7 will be played if necessary.

Tickets for all Jackfish home games in the Dominico Cup Finals will go on sale Monday, September 14 at 12:00 noon.
