The Challenge FUNDraising
We know the drill. Your kid comes home with the order form for candles or the box of chocolates and you take it to work, put it in the break room, and hope someone signs up or grabs a bar. Or, you have to lug that stuff around the office, to church, or to gatherings and push it on your friends and family!
The Welland Jackfish put the FUN in fundraising with our contest called "The Challenge". What is The Challenge? The Challenge is a fundraising opportunity presented by the Jackfish for a chance to win one of three amazing prizes. Contest will run until August 16th, 2025.
Here is how it works
- The Challenge is open to any minor sports team or youth group.
- The team representative (coach, manager, etc) will fill out the form below and select a game that suits their schedule.
- The team will then sell tickets to that selected game throughout your baseball community at a face value of $16. (Jackfish will supply flyer artwork, social media graphics, and any sales materials)
- Two weeks before the game, the Jackfish will collect $10 from each ticket sold, $6 will remain with the youth team as a fundraiser.
- The youth team must commit to a minimum of 25 tickets to enter and earn group experiences including, batting practice with the Jackfish and national anthem lineup.
- Following our last regular-season home game on August 16th, the youth team or group with the most tickets sold will win an all-expense paid trip to a Toronto Blue Jays game in Toronto (Tickets and Bus to and from the game
